一种降低四管制空调系统循环水泵能耗的技术研究

摘要:针对四管制空调系统,本文提出了一种降低其循环水泵能耗的技术。只分析夏季工况,利用增设在冷热分集水器供回水主管间的旁通管,将四管制空调系统中夏季不参与工作的热水供回水管作为空调冷水环路,将部分冷水供至末端热盘管作为一级供冷段(表面式冷却器1),末端冷盘管作为二级供冷段(表面式冷却器2);分析了该技术方案对系统阻力、水泵扬程的影响。结果表明,该技术方案改变了原空调管网水力特性,降低了管网流速,降低了冷水泵的运行能耗,实现了节能的目的。

Research on a technology of reducing energy consumption of circulating water pumps in four-pipe air conditioning systems

Abstract: Aiming at the four-pipe air conditioning system, this paper presents a technology to reduce the energy consumption of circulating water pumps. Only analysing summer operation conditions, the hot water supply and return pipes that do not work in summer in the four-pipe air conditioning system is taken as the chilled water loop of the air conditioning system by using the bypass pipe added in the water supply and return mains of the cold and hot manifold. Part of the cold water supply to the end hot coil is taken as the first stage cooling section(surface air cooler 1), and the end cold coil is taken as the second stage cooling section(surface air cooler 2). The influence of the technical scheme on the system resistance and pump lift is analysed. The results show that the technical scheme changes the hydraulic characteristics of the original air conditioning pipe network, reduces the flow rate of the pipe network, saves the energy consumption of the chilled water pump, and realizes the purpose of energy saving.
