基于单热源单环供热管网模型的输送能力备用设计方法

摘要:为保证环状管网在故障工况下的限额供热水平,提出了输送能力备用设计的一般方法,并以单热源单环供热管网为对象构建管网模型,推导了限额流量系数大于等于0.5时的管网流量分布、管径与主干线阻力,给出了管网模型特征数大于5时,管道容量和循环动力备用系数的简化关系式,并提供了线算图。通过案例计算说明所提出的简化关系式具有一定的适用性和有效性,其设计结果多数情况下偏于保守。

Design method of transportation capacity reservation based on single heat source and single loop heating network model

Abstract: In order to maintain the limited heat supply of the loop heating network of fault conditions, a general method for the reserve design of the transportation capacity is proposed. A simplified heating network model is constructed based on a single heat source and single loop heating network. The expressions of pipeline flow distribution, pipe diameter and mainline resistance are derived, when the limited flow rate coefficient is larger than 0.5. The simplified relationship between pipeline capacity and cyclic power reserve coefficient when the number of characteristics of the pipe network model is greater than five is given, and a nomograph is provided. Finally, the case calculations show that the simplified relational formula proposed has certain applicability and effectiveness, and the design results are conservative in most cases.
