脉冲喷吹对覆膜滤料膜结构变化和过滤特性影响的试验研究

摘要:针对覆膜滤料在使用过程中膜孔径变化影响过滤效率的问题,对相同覆膜形式的5种滤料进行了断裂强力、喷吹前后过滤效率的试验测试,并对其覆膜表面进行了扫描电镜观测。结果表明:无机纤维覆膜滤料的断裂强力明显大于有机高分子纤维覆膜滤料,其在脉冲喷吹时抵抗喷吹压力变形的能力更好,可以降低过滤效率的下降程度;无机纤维覆膜滤料的初始过滤效率更高,在多次喷吹后过滤效率下降程度也最低,长期使用时过滤效率的保持性更好。

Experimental study on influence of pulse injection on membrane structure change and filtration characteristics of membrane filter materials

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the change of membrane pore size affects the filtration efficiency in the process of use, the breaking strength and filtration efficiency before and after injection of five kinds of filter materials with the same membrane covering are tested, and the membrane surface is observed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the breaking strength of inorganic fiber membrane filter material is significantly greater than that of the organic polymer fiber membrane filter material, and its resistance to deformation of injection pressure during pulse injection is better, which can reduce the decrease of filtration efficiency. The inorganic fiber membrane filter material has higher initial filtration efficiency and the lowest decrease degree of filtration efficiency after multiple injections, and its filtration efficiency retention is better when it is used for a long time.
