基于产业转型和空间情景再现的水冶文化名镇保护与更新设计研究

摘要：在新型城镇化与乡村振兴背景下，具有丰厚传统历史文化资源的工业强镇如何实现产业的升级转型和历史文化的保护更新是当前值得深入研究的课题。通过梳理水冶镇发展历史、空间格局和建筑风貌，提出“影视情景的资源活化”“生产生活情景的空间修补”“民俗文化情景、历史情景的活态传承”三位一体的保护更新策略，配合重点地段的详细设计，实现水冶镇空间情景再现，重塑老城活力。

Research on Protection and Renewal Design of Shuiye Cultural Town Based on the Industrial Transformation and Spatial Scene Reproduction

Abstract: Under the background of activating the stock of historical culture and optimizing the increment of historical culture, how to realize the upgrading and transformation of industry and the protection and renewal of historical culture in the strong traditional industrial town with rich historical and cultural resources is a subject worthy of further study at present. By combing the development history, spatial pattern and architectural style of Shuiye Town, Put forward three in one protection and renewal strategies of "resource activation of film and television scenes", "space repair of production and life scenes", "live inheritance of folk culture scenes and historical scenes", cooperate with the detailed design of key areas, realize the spatial scene reproduction of Shuiye Town, and reshape the vitality of the old city.
