中国台湾建筑生命周期碳排放评估体系研究
摘要:以建筑生命周期碳排放评估作为绿色建筑评价体系与建筑生命周期评估联系的切入点,梳理中国台湾建筑碳足迹评估BCF法的系统、架构和内容,与日本AIJLCA&LCW和中国大陆的《建筑碳足迹计量标准》进行横向对比,从评估机制、平台载体、支撑体系、计算方法等方面分析BCF法在低碳建筑设计与效益评估中的应用优势与借鉴价值。

Research on Taiwan Building Life Cycle Carbon Emission Assessment System
Abstract: This paper takes building life cycle carbon emission assessment as a pointcut for establishing the relationship between green building evaluation and building life cycle assessment. Compared with AIJLCA&LCW in Japan and the Standard for Measuring, Accounting and Reporting of Carbon Emission from Buildings in Chinese Mainland, this paper studies the evaluation principles, operating platform, supported system and calculate method of Building Carbon Footprint in Taiwan, and analyzes the application advantages and reference value of Building Carbon Footprint method in terms of low carbon building design and performance evaluation.
