夏热冬冷地区高容积率居住小区形态类型能耗绩效研究——以上海市为例

摘要:以上海市的气候条件为例,研究夏热冬冷地区高容积率居住小区的形态设计参数(如街区朝向、街区群体组合方式、建筑窗墙比等)与街区能耗之间的关系。通过建立含有多种形态设计参数信息的住区理想化模型,分析其能耗,并运用统计学软件进行量化比较分析,由此获得每个形态设计参数对住宅区能耗的影响,进而归纳总结出节能型高密度住区应具备的一些形态特征,并以设计选型图谱的方式制定绿色节能高密度住区的设计指南,为城市设计师与建筑师提供高密度住区设计的布局建议。

Simulation Study on Morphology and Energy Consumption of Residential Blocks with High Floor Area Ratio in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Area:Taking Shanghai as an Example

Abstract: This paper aims to study the relationship between morphological design parameters, including block orientation, block type, glazing ratio, etc, and energy consumption of residential blocks with high floor area ratio in hot summer and cold winter areas. A series of idealized typology models with information on morphological design parameters are established, energy consumption is simulated through EnergyPlus, with the help of SPSS, simulation results are quantitatively compared and analyzed, then the influence of each morphological design parameter on the energy consumption of residential blocks are obtained. Finally, design guidelines are formulated for energy-saving residential blocks with high FAR are provided through designing and selecting maps.
