Abstract: To explore the relationship between the parameters of molding, the net weight of specimens and the compressive strength of previous concrete, the several groups of specimens are prepared by using 5 ~10 mm and 10 ~ 15 mm aggregates. The forming mode is mtamping. The comparative test of design is carried out with the number of tamping per layer and the net weight of a single specimen as variables, which will study on the variation of compressive strength. The results show that the relationship between the net weight and the average compressive strength of the previous concrete with different particle sizes is the same. The net weight of the test piece should be controlled at 7. 5 kg,3 layers and 30 times for each layer. When the tamping times is increased to 40 times, the net weight should be increased to 7. 7 kg. At this time, the grade of compressive strength can reach C20,and the permeability coefficient is qualified. The recommended scheme is the net weight of specimen is 7. 5 kg,3 layers into the mould, and each layer is tamping 30 times. The net weight of the previous concrete has an influence on the compressive strength, and there is an optimal value between them.
