摘要：随着我国综合国力的提高，习近平总书记对新时期的发展提出了“推动高质量发展、创造高品质生活”的全新要求。目前，根据我国“9073”养老格局规划，将有约97%的老人居住在社区中，依靠家人或由社区提供养老服务。然而，由于服务设施不完整、服务资源分布不均衡等原因，社区的为老服务能力以及养老服务配套仍有较大的缺口，特别是在疫情期间暴露出老年人日常采买难、就医难等诸多问题。引入智慧化手段将有助于缓解社区服务资源分配、人力短缺等多方面问题。以北京市为例，对社区智慧养老设施现状进行分析，得出目前社区智慧养老的挑战与困境，从智慧平台、智能设备、线下服务圈三方面提出社区智慧养老服务提升策略。

Research on the Strategy of Community Elderly Care Service from the Perspective of "Internet + Elderly Care"
Abstract: With the improvement of our comprehensive national strength, President Xi put forward the new requirements of "promoting high-quality development and creating high-quality life" for to develop the new era. According to the “9073” plan, 97% of the elderly in China will live and be supported by the community. However, due to the incomplete infrastructure and the unbalanced distribution of resources, the capability and overall package for elderly services in communities still have a huge gap for improvement. Issues were even more severe during the COVID-19 pandemic when elderlies had difficulty accessing groceries and medical care. The emergence of "Internet + Elderly Service" will help alleviate resource shortage and the unbalanced distribution of elderly services in communities. Thus, this paper is to offer solutions for the improvement of "Smart Elderly Services" by analyzing the current implementation of smart elderly service in Beijing and studying the dilemma based on the demand analysis of the elderly.
