浅析影响建筑公摊面积的防烟系统设置条件

摘要：浅析防排烟系统对建筑公摊面积影响的原因，对比防烟系统中可以降低公摊面积的自然通风的设置条件，便于建筑师在设计过程中能准确选择防烟楼梯间及其前室的防烟措施，提高建筑的有效使用面积，为使用者提供更多的功能空间。

Analysis on the Setting Conditions of Smoke Protection System Affecting the Shared Areas of Buildings

Abstract: This paper analyzes the causes of the influence of building smoke protection system on the shared area, and compares the setting conditions of natural ventilation which can reduce the shared area in the smoke protection system, so as to facilitate the architect to accurately select the smoke control measures of the smoke proof staircase and its front room in the design process, improve the effective use area of the building, and provide more functional space for the building users.
