摘要：针对我国老龄化日益加剧问题，结合老旧小区改造的时代背景，基于延安七里铺老旧小区改造规划，以增补养老设施为目标，重点分析在改造过程中的问题与难点，通过问卷调查与标准梳理，明确老年人在设施方面的需求与增补目标，提出整合空间单元、挖潜存量资源、设施复合利用等改造策略，为老旧小区中养老设施的增补提供方法对策。

Replenishment Strategy for Elderly Care Facilities Based on the Renovation Plan of Qilipu Community in Yan'an
Abstract: In response to the increasing population aging problem in China, combined with the background of the old housing community renovation, the old housing community renovation plan of Qilipu in Yan'an aims to increase the elderly facilities, focuses on the analysis of the problems and difficulties encountered in the renovation process, clarifies the needs and supplementary goals of the elderly facilities through questionnaire surveys and standards, and proposes the transformation strategy of integrating spatial units, exploring stock resources, and integrated utilization of facilities to provide methods for the supplement of elderly facilities in old housing communities.
