摘要：医疗养老联合体是推进医养结合工作，落实医养结合政策的重要形式，在医养结合相关政策的推动下，各地在实践过程中形成了各具特色的医疗养老联合体，这对推动我国医养结合工作具有重大意义。但在实践过程中同样存在医疗养老联合体概念不清晰，实施标准不够明确的问题。因此，我们必须制定相关政策，完善医疗养老联合体组织管理运行体系和相关规范，建立相应的经费保障机制，以保障医疗养老联合体的可持续运行和我国老年人的医疗养老需求。

The Policy and Practice of "Medical Care and Pension Association"
Abstract: Medical Care and Pension Association is an important form to promote the combination of medical care and nursing, and to implement the policy of combining medical care and nursing. With the promotion of relevant policies of combining medical care and nursing, medical care and pension association with different characteristics have been formed in practice in various places, which is of great significance to promote the combination of medical care and nursing in China. However, in practice, there are also some problems, such as unclear concept of medical pension association and unclear implementation standards. Therefore, we must formulate relevant policies, improve the organization, management and operation system and relevant norms of the medical pension association, and establish corresponding funding guarantee mechanism to ensure the sustainable operation of the medical care and pension association and the medical pension needs of the elderly in China.
