高等级生物安全实验室的压差控制研究及设计方法

摘要:高等级生物安全实验室气密性高,压差波动难以控制。分析了高等级生物安全实验室内压差的扰动因素,认为控制实验室压差的关键是增加系统的自适应性及采用压力相关型阀门。针对各种扰动因素的控制提出了建议和要求,并在实际项目应用中得到验证。

Research and design method of pressure difference control in high-level biosafety laboratories

Abstract: The pressure difference fluctuation in high-level biosafety laboratories is difficult to control due to the high air tightness. This paper analyses the disturbance factors of the pressure difference in the high-level biosafety laboratory, and considers that the key to controlling the pressure difference in the laboratory is to increase the adaptability of the system and adopt the pressure-related valve. This paper puts forward some suggestions and requirements for the control of various disturbance factors, which have been verified in the actual project application.
