老年人照料设施居室卫生间的标准化设计
摘要：老年人照料设施的建设正朝向工业化的方向快速转型，而标准化设计是工业化的前提条件。老人居室卫生间功能明确，受客观因素影响较小，具有较好的标准化设计条件。在对老年人照料设施居室卫生间进行充分调研的基础上，提出卫生间的设计要求；采用模块化的方法，对卫生间的功能组成模块进行分解和再组合，同时兼顾不同能力老年人的需求，形成分级分类的标准化平面；最后在此基础上进行深化设计和适应性说明，希望研究结果能够为装配式建筑在老年人照料设施中的应用开拓思路。

Standardized Design Study on Bathroom of Living Unit in Elderly Care Facilities
Abstract: The construction of elderly care facilities is rapidly transforming in the direction of industrialization. This article takes the bathroom of the living unit as an example to illustrate how the elderly facilities should be standardized design. Based on thorough research of the bathroom, the article proposes the design requirements of the bathroom which taking into account the needs of the elderly with different abilities. Then the article decomposes and recombines the functional components of the bathroom to form a series of standardized plane. Finally, the article discusses the adaptability of standardized design. The research aims to explore the application of prefabricated buildings in elderly care facilities.
