大巧若拙，无建斯建——安徽省石台县奇峰村队屋改造记

摘要：随着我国城镇化的快速推进，大量传统村落呈现出“空巢”的现象，主要体现在留守老人、儿童构成的空巢家庭和人口外流带来的空置房屋。通过安徽省石台县奇峰村队屋改造实践的全过程记述及总结，从策划、设计、建造等方面对传统村落老旧建筑的更新进行探讨，提出可行的操作模式及实施路径。

Great Wisdom Appears Stupid:A Story of an Old House's Rebirth in Qifeng Village, Anhui

Abstract: Along with the rapid advance of urbanization in China, a large number of traditional villages have presented a phenomenon of “empty nest”, which is mainly reflected in empty-nest family and vacant houses. By recording the whole progress of an old vacant house's reconstruction in Qifeng Village, Shitai county of Anhui Province, this article tries to discuss the issue of the renewal of old buildings in traditional villages, in terms of planning, designing and constructing and puts forward some feasible mode and practical ways.
