冬暖夏热地区办公建筑窗户使用行为及影响因素研究

摘要:办公建筑通过开关窗行为进行自然通风不仅可以改善室内环境质量,还能在一定程度上减少建筑能耗。各国学者对使用者的开关窗行为已经有了丰富的学术成果,但是针对夏热冬暖气候区的研究还比较缺乏。在深圳地区对办公室工作人员的开关窗行为进行问卷调研,使用SPSS软件分析最能影响使用者开窗行为的因素,挖掘该地区使用者与建成环境之间的相互关系,以促进建筑及窗户设计策略的理性化和科学化。

Study on the Window Use Behavior and Influencing Factors of Office Buildings in Warm Winter and Hot Summer Areas

Abstract: Natural ventilation by windows opening behavior of office buildings can not only improve the indoor environment, but also reduce building energy consumption to some extent. International scholars have made rich academic achievements on users' window opening behavior. However, there is still a lack of research on window switching in hot summer and warm winter zone. This paper intends to conduct a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors of office workers' window switching behavior in Shenzhen. SPSS was used to explore the factors that affect users' window-opening behavior most and the interrelationship between the users and the built environment in the area, to promote the rationalization of architectural, window design strategies and scientific decision-making.
