村民自治、村庄赋能和社会服务的普及——以安徽省万涧村为例浅谈传统村落保护的良性循环
摘要：2018年，中规院（北京）规划设计有限公司开始在安徽省潜山市万涧村开展皖南传统村落保护工作。笔者作为驻村规划师，与各级政府部门、外部支持团队和村民一起，通过激发村民自主性、赋能村庄和推广社会服务，提升村庄的内生动力，初步形成了村落保护发展的良性循环，因此结合项目团队在万涧村开展的具体工作进行介绍并反思。

Villager's Autonomy, Village Empowerment and Popularization of Community Service:Protection of Traditional Village in Wanjian, Anhui
Abstract: In 2018, CAUPD(Beijing) Planning & Design Consultants Co. began to carry out the protection work of the traditional villages in Wanjian village, Qianshan City, Anhui Province. As a village planner, the author together with the government departments, external teams and villagers, enhanced the endogenous power of the village by stimulating villagers' autonomy, empowering the village and promoting social services, and initially formed a virtuous circle of village protection and development. Therefore, this paper introduces and reflects on the specific work carried out by the our team in Wanjian village.
