校园建筑的地下空间开发利用——以北师大昌平新校区中心地下区为例

摘要：随着城市用地的日益扩张，高等院校的在校生人数持续上涨，校园地下空间的拓展逐渐成为高校校园发展中不可或缺的规划内容。通过对国内外校园建筑地下空间开发利用的典型案例分析，并结合北京师范大学昌平新校区中心地下区项目，从功能需求出发，通过对整体规划、内部布局、景观设计、消防论证、入口外观等多方面的分析，提出了对校园建筑的地下空间开发利用设计方面的一些探索与思考。

Development and Utilization of Underground Space in Campus Buildings:Taking the Underground Area of the New Campus Center of Changping District Campus of Beijing Normal University as an Example

Abstract: With the increasing expansion of urban land use, the number of college students has been increasing in recent years, and the existing campus space cannot meet the dynamic and static demand, Therefore, the expansion of underground space has gradually become an indispensable part of campus development planning. Based on the analysis of typical cases of the development and utilization of the underground space of the campus buildings at home and abroad, and combining with the project of the underground area of the new campus center of Changping District. From the perspective of functional requirements, and the analysis of the overall planning, interior layout, landscape design, fire control demonstration, entrance appearance et al, this paper puts forward some explorations and reflections on the design of the development and utilization of underground space of campus buildings.
