沙漠地区某工程地基处理技术

摘要:新疆阿克苏工业园区处于塔克拉玛干沙漠边缘,地质条件差、地基承载力非常低、降水难度大,不适宜建设大型工程。为解决这个问题,借助阿克苏南工业园热电厂建设时机,经设计计算、论证、预压试验,进行方案选择,确定换填厚度及开挖方案后,利用阿克苏河上游的大量天然级配砂石,采用级配砂石换填方案,进行土方开挖及换填施工,成功解决地基处理难题,且速度快、造价低、后续施工连贯、地基稳定。

Foundation Treatment Technology of an Engineering in Desert Areas

Abstract: Aksu Industrial Park in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is located at the edge of Taklimakan Desert, is not suitable for large-scale construction due to its poor geological conditions, low bearing capacity of foundation and great difficulty in precipitation. In accordance with such a problem, meanwhile, taking the opportunity of the building of a thermal power plant in southern Aksu, a replacement scheme of utilizing a large amount of natural applicable sand and gravel in the up-river of Aksu, which has undergone design calculation, demonstration and preloading test, scheme selection, determination of replacement thickness and excavation scheme, was chosen ultimately to conduct earthwork excavation and backfill, thus successfully solving the problem of foundation treatment and exhibiting such advantages as fast speed, low cost, consistent subsequent construction and stable foundation, etc.
