某地产被动式超低能耗建筑住宅方案设计

摘要:介绍被动式超低能耗建筑发展现状,指出方案设计是被动式建筑技术落地的重点内容与关键环节。为解决被动式超低能耗建筑住宅方案设计研究偏理论、对实践指导性不足的缺点,采用总结实践经验的方式进行某地产住宅产品方案设计,综合考虑住宅产品、被动式建筑技术和相关部品件特点后形成方案设计阶段的共性设计,包括建筑空间中被动式区域划分、标准层设计、地下部分、屋面部分和立面部分。

Scheme Design of a Passive Ultra-low Energy Consumption Residential Building in a Real Estate

Abstract: This paper introduces the development status of passive ultra-low energy consumption building, and points out that the scheme design is the key content and key link of passive building technology. In order to solve the shortcomings of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential building scheme design research, which is partial to theory and insufficient to practical guidance, this paper summarizes the scheme design of a real estate residential product by summarizing practical experience, after considering the characteristics of residential products, passive building technology and related components, the common design in the scheme design stage is formect, includes the division of passive area, the design of standard floor, underground part, roof part and facade part.
