预制T梁无轨全自动移动模板施工技术

摘要：临金高速临安至建德段公路工程第TJ01标段项目中,为解决因梁板数量多、工厂标准化要求高等对工期产生的不利影响,研发了预制T梁无轨全自动移动模板。工程应用结果表明,该技术在保证工程质量的前提下满足了预制梁板的工期要求,降低了施工成本,与传统预制T梁采用的散拼模板相比,在梁板数量多、梁型少的条件下,可节省模板数量、大大提高作业人员的施工效率、保证梁体外观质量的稳定性,并为作业区域提供简洁的施工环境。

Construction Technology of Trackless Fully Automatic Movable Formwork for Precast T-beam

Abstract: Based on the TJ01 bid package of the highway project from Lin'an to Jiande of Linjin Expressway, a T-beam trackless fully automatic mobile formwork is developed, aiming at such characteristics as large number of beam-slabs, tight construction period and high requirements of factory standardization. Application results show that this technology can not only guarantee the construction quality, meet the requirement of the construction period of the prefabricated beam-slab, but also lower the construction cost. Compared with the flexibly-assembled formwork adopted by the traditional prefabricated T-beam, the technology adopted in this paper can greatly reduce the number of beam-slabs, greatly improve the workers' construction efficiency, ensure the stability of the surface quality of the beam, and provide a simpler construction environment in the work place under the condition of large number of beam-slab but few type of beam.
