复杂环境下房屋建筑地下外墙拼装式单侧支模施工技术

摘要:丰台区五里店275号棚户区改造定向安置房项目中,为解决因地下外墙与基坑支护间距不足,导致地下外墙施工场地狭小的难题。同时,为保证外墙防水和回填土质量,采用拼装式单侧支模技术,保证了模板及支撑体系的强度、刚度及稳定性,且缩短工期、节省成本并保护环境。拆除拼装式单侧支模模板后,混凝土表面的平整度、垂直度、成型效果均在规范要求范围内。

Construction Technology of Building Underground Exterior Wall Assembly Type Single Side Formwork Under Complex Environment

Abstract: In a directed placement building project for run-down areas, because of insufficient space between underground external wall and foundation pit support, it is difficult to reserve relatively large construction space in the construction of underground external wall. Meanwhile, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of external wall waterproof and backfill. Such difficulties in external wall waterproof and follow-up construction after backfill with no quality assurance can be better solved by using the assembled unilateral formwork technology and by ensuring the strength, stiffness and stability of formwork and support system. Results show that both the construction period and cost can be saved and the environment can be protected. And the flatness, verticality and forming effect of the concrete surface are within the scope of the specification requirements after the removal of the assembled unilateral formwork.
