虎跳峡金沙江大桥钢桁梁施工技术

摘要:香丽高速公路虎跳峡金沙江大桥为当今世界跨度最大的独塔单跨地锚式钢桁梁悬索桥,主缆孔跨布置为766m+160m,钢桁梁全长671m,共59个梁段,标准梁段长11.5m,最大梁段重103t。针对桥位区域山势陡峭、场地狭小、施工组织及技术难度大等特点,详细介绍了大桥钢桁梁现场拼装、运输、存放和缆索吊装等施工技术。

Construction Technology of Steel Truss Girder of Jinsha River Bridge of Tiger-leaping Gorge

Abstract: Jinsha River Bridge of Tiger-leaping Gorge on Shangri-la to Lijiang Expressway is the largest single tower and single span ground anchored steel truss girder suspension bridge in the world. The main cable span is 766 m + 160 m. The total length of steel truss girder is 671 m, with 59 girder sections. The standard girder length is 11.5 m and the maximum girder weight is 103 t. In view of the characteristics of steep mountain, narrow site and great difficulty in construction organization and technology of bridge site, this paper introduces the construction technology of on-site assembly, transportation, storage and cable hoisting of steel truss girder for the bridge.
