基于最佳负荷率的冷水机组序列控制优化

摘要:提出了基于最佳负荷率的冷水机组序列控制优化策略,可以优化冷水机组的运行组合和启停序列,在满足建筑冷量需求的前提下,使冷水机组的运行效率最高,降低冷水机组能耗。根据该优化策略开发了冷水机组序列控制优化软件,并将其运用到香港某建筑群的建筑管理系统(BMS)中,采用实时数据分析方式对比实行优化策略前后冷水机组的组合方案、平均负荷率与平均COP,采用历史数据分析方式计算冷水机组的年节能率,验证冷水机组序列控制优化策略的应用效果与节能潜力。结果表明:在满足建筑冷量需求的前提下,优化组合中冷水机组的开启台数更少或型号更小,且平均负荷率和平均COP都明显高于未优化组合;2009年和2010年的年节能率分别为9.15%和11.82%,节能效果明显。

Optimization of water chiller sequence control based on optimal load rate

Abstract: In this paper, an optimization strategy for water chiller sequence control based on the optimal load rate is proposed to optimize the operation combination and start-stop sequence of the water chillers, so as to maximize the operating efficiency of the water chillers and reduce the energy consumption of the water chillers under the premise of meeting the building cooling demand. According to the optimization strategy, the water chiller sequence control optimization software is developed and applied to the building management system(BMS) of a building group in Hong Kong. The real-time data analysis method is used to compare the combination schemes, the average load rate and the coefficient of performance(COP) before and after the implementation of the optimization strategy, and the historical data analysis method is used to calculate the annual energy-saving rate of the water chillers. The application effect and energy-saving potential of the water chiller sequence control optimization strategy are verified. The results show that under the premise of meeting the building cooling demand, the number of the water chillers turned on in the optimized combination is less or the model is smaller, and the average load rate and average COP are significantly higher than those in the non-optimized combination. The annual energy-saving rate in 2009 and 2010 is 9.15% and 11.82%, respectively, and the energy-saving effect is obvious.
