基于物联网的工业园区上下游一体化智能管控技术分析

摘要:为有效防控区域水环境风险,针对工业园区污水水质水量难以控制、监管困难、管控技术落后等痛点难点问题,研究基于物联网信息技术构建涵盖工业园区上游驻园排污企业、中游排水泵站、园区污水处理厂、下游河流的一体化智能管控系统,设计采取“一厂一管”“智能物联”等行之有效的技术方法,通过示范工程河北某工业园等项目的实施与引领,工业园区区域水环境污染状况得到了有效控制,为我国工业园区的水环境整体改善及水生态建设提供一点思路。

Analysis of intelligent control technology for upstream and downstream integration in industrial park based on internet of things

Abstract: In order to effectively prevent and control regional water environmental risks,the paper studies the construction of an integrated intelligent control system based on the information technology of internet of things,including upstream sewage enterprises, middle-stream drainage pumping stations,sewage treatment plants and downstream rivers and the downstream rivers of the industrial park,and designs and adopts effective technical methods such as“one plant,one pipe”and“intelligent material connection”.Through the implementation and guidance of a demonstration project such as an industrial park in Hebei,the water environmental pollution situation in the industrial park has been effectively controlled,It provides some ideas for the overall improvement of water environment and water ecological construction in industrial parks in China.
