提质增效后污水处理厂耐冲击能力分析
摘要:以东莞某5万m3/d污水处理厂为例,探究了提质增效后进水浓度对污水处理厂一级处理单元、生物池、深度处理单元及污泥脱水系统的影响。结果表明:提质增效后进水浓度变化对一级处理单元影响较小;当进水氨氮浓度由24.2 mg/L提高到32.1 mg/L(90%涵盖率),TN浓度由30mg/L提高到39.9 mg/L(90%涵盖率),COD由258 mg/L提高到378 mg/L(90%涵盖率),BOD5由104mg/L提高到185mg/L(90%涵盖率),以多点进水多段AAO工艺为代表的生物池,对TN、COD、氨氮和BOD5均有较好的处理效果,低DO、低污泥负荷没有引起污泥膨胀,污泥SVI平均值为100.5mL/g;当进水SS从192mg/L提高到205mg/L(90%涵盖率),TP从4.52mg/L提高到5.17mg/L(90%涵盖率),高效沉淀池+滤布滤池工艺均能维持稳定的除磷和SS去除效果,出水TP和SS平均浓度为0.17mg/L和4.0mg/L;低DO条件下,出水BOD5和氨氮等均达标,为污水处理厂节能降耗提供思路;因进水BOD5增加使剩余污泥量增加,导致污泥脱水系统产能相对不足,需升级改造。

Impact resistance analysis of WWTP after quality improvement and efficiency improvement
Abstract: Taking a 5×104 m3/d WWTP in Dongguan as an example,the effects of influent concentration on the primary treatment process,biological tank,advanced processing unit and sludge dewatering system were investigated after upgrading and synergizing.The results show that the change of influent concentration has little influence on the primary treatment unit after improving the efficiency.When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the influent water increased from 24.2 mg/L to 32.1 mg/L(90%coverage),the concentration of TN increased from 30 mg/L to 39.9 mg/L(90%coverage),the COD increased from 258 mg/L to 378 mg/L(90%coverage),and BOD5 increased from 104 mg/L to 185 mg/L(90% coverage),the biological tank with multi-point inflow and multi-stage AAO process has good treatment effect on TN,COD,ammonia nitrogen and BOD5.Low DO and low sludge load do not cause sludge bulking,and the average SVI of sludge is 100.5 mL/g.When SS of inflow increased from 192 mg/L to 205 mg/L(90%coverage),TP increased from 4.52 mg/L to 5.17 mg/L(90%coverage),high-efficiency sedimentation tank and cloth filter process can both maintain stable removal of phosphorus and SS,the average concentration of effluent TP and SS is 0.17 mg/L and 4.0 mg/L respectively.Under low DO,both effluent BOD5 and ammonia nitrogen reached the standard,which provides ideas for WWTP to save energy and reduce consumption.While,due to the increase of influent BOD5,the amount of remaining sludge increased,the capacity of sludge dewatering system is relatively insufficient and needs to be upgraded.
