摘要：城市污水处理厂所产生污泥的处理处置问题备受广泛关注，结合成都市第一城市污水污泥处理厂一、二期工程工艺选择，介绍了该厂污泥的性质、污泥“半干化+焚烧”的工艺流程、主要设计参数和概况，同时简要地介绍了污泥处理厂的运行状况及工程设计体会。

Design and experience of the project of Chengdu No.1 Wastewater Sludge Treatment Plant
Abstract: The treatment and disposal of sludge produced from urban sewage treatment plant has attracted wide attention.Based on the process selected by the first and second phases of Chengdu No.1 Urban Sewage Sludge Treatment Plant,the characteristics of sludge,the process flow of“semi-drying+incineration”of sludge,the main design parameters and design outlines are introduced.The operation and engineering design experience of sludge disposal plant are briefly introduced also.
