智慧水务视角下水务数字化转型的挑战与实践

摘要：根据国家对水务行业“十四五”期间“安全、便民、高效、绿色、经济、智慧”的发展要求，各水务企业以智慧水务建设为抓手，积极探索与推进水务数字化转型工作。立足于国家政策、行业发展现状，分析了水务数字化转型的机遇与挑战，结合国内外水务企业数字化经典实践，探讨智慧水务2.0发展趋势，思考未来“标准体系+数字资产+使能技术”数字水务的发展态势，为我国水务企业制定和实施有效的数字化转型战略提供参考和借鉴。

Challenges and practice of water digital transformation from the view of smart water

Abstract: According to the country′s development requirements for “safety,convenience,efficiency,green,economy,and intelligence”for the water industry during the “14th Five-Year Plan”period,all water enterprises take the construction of smart water as instrumentality to actively explore and promote water digital transformation.Based on national policies and the status quo of water industry,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of water digital transformation.Combining the typical practice of digitalization of domestic and foreign water enterprises,the paper discusses the development trend of smart water 2.0,and thinks about the future development trend of“standard system + digital assets+ enabling technology”in digital water,so as to provide reference value for chinese water enterprises in formulating and implementing effective digital transformation strategies.
