水溶性液体储罐泡沫灭火系统设计参数研究综述

摘要:水溶性可燃液体应用广泛、种类繁多、理化性能各异,导致其泡沫灭火难度各不同,甚至差异较大,各国对该类液体储罐的泡沫灭火系统设计参数要求也各不相同,针对水溶性可燃液体储罐泡沫灭火系统系统关键设计参数,综述和分析了美国消防协会标准、欧洲标准、日本总务省告示及我国泡沫灭火系统设计标准等相关标准的规定及相关试验研究成果,指出了各相关标准规定的优缺点及工程设计需要注意的问题,并展望了今后需要进一步开展的研究工作。

Review on design parameters of foam extinguishing system for water soluble flammable liquid storage tank

Abstract: Water soluble flammable liquids are widely used,various types and different physical and chemical properties,resulting in difference or even greater difference of foam extinguishing difficulty.Different countries require different design parameters for foam extinguishing system of such liquid storage tanks.Being aimed at the determination of key design parameters for foam fire extinguishing system of water soluble flammable liquid storage tank,the relevant regulations of the NFPA,the European standards,the decrees of Japan and the standards of China,and relevant experimental research results are summarized and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of relevant standards and the problems needing attention in engineering design are pointed out,and the future research work is prospected.
