一种热电厂类直流冷却水系统设计的分析

摘要:热电厂冷却水系统的设计有直流供水系统和循环供水系统。常规机械通风冷却塔作为循环供水系统的冷却构筑物,技术成熟,投资低,安装、运行简单,管理方便,目前广泛应用于热电厂。根据电厂循环冷却水的要求,结合项目建设情况,提出类直流冷却方案,并通过与常规机力通风冷却塔冷却方案的比较,说明类直流冷却方案具有节能、节水、节材、节地、无噪声污染等优点,提出了一种新的类直流冷却水系统的供水方式。

Analysis on the mixed cooling design of circulating cooling water system in heating power plant

Abstract: The cooling water system of thermal power plant is designed with direct current water supply system and circulating water supply system.Conventional mechanical ventilation cooling tower,as the cooling structure of the circulating water supply system,is widely used in thermal power plants because of its mature technology,low investment,simple installation,operation and convenient management.According to the requirements of circulating cooling water in power plant,combined with the construction situation of the project,this paper puts forward the similar direct current cooling scheme.By comparing with the cooling scheme of conventional mechanical ventilation cooling tower,it shows that the similar direct current cooling scheme has the advantages of energy saving,water saving,power saving,land saving,no noise pollution,etc.,and puts forward a new water supply mode of the similar direct current cooling water system.
