城市新区雨水径流污染模拟分析及其控制措施研究

摘要:在我国持续推进系统建设与方法定量的涉水规划背景下,为科学编制集成城市多元发展需要的海绵城市规划,以我国梧州市苍海核心区海绵城市规划为研究实例,结合国内外相关研究经验和属地化的测量参数,应用Infoworks ICM构建研究区水量水质数学模型。制定多种设计降雨方案,对雨水径流污染物的累积冲刷机制开展模拟分析,计算不同情景下研究区径流污染负荷、污染物转输、径流污染物浓度变化过程等相关特征值的演进过程,基于计算结果为研究区径流污染防控策略、工程与非工程措施等提出指引建议。

Study on simulation and control of rainfall runoff pollution in new urban district

Abstract: With the continuous advancement of systematic and quantitative support in urban water-related planning,it becomes increasingly possible to integrate the urban diverse development needs into sponge city planning.And in order to develop a feasible runoff pollution control strategy in sponge city planning,CangHai New Area of WuZhou city was taken as the case to study on simulation of rainfall runoff pollution.Based on localized parameter measurement and research experience at home and abroad,urban hydraulic and water quality numerical model was establishing with Infoworks ICM.Several designing rainfall scenarios were simulated with the model,and the mechanism,including of the buildup-washoff of non-point source pollution,and pollutant loads of rainfall runoff,was studied under scenario analysis.According to the research,several advices on the structural and non-structural measures of the runoff pollution prevention and water quality protection were proposed for the New Area.
