基于冗余特性的深圳市污水系统规划新探索

摘要:由于城市的快速发展和历史建设原因,深圳污水系统长期面临多种外部因素的影响,常规以旱季污水量来确定污水系统规划布局的思路难以适应城市水环境治理需求。为此,深圳市污水系统专项规划在编制过程中,引入了冗余规划思维,对可能面临的外部不确定因素进行了系统考量,以全面提升污水系统冗余空间为目标,系统探索并总结提出了“控源、联网、冗厂”的规划新思路,以及在污水系统规划中的落实,以有效应对外部可能的影响和冲击,保障城市污水系统的运行安全。

Abstract: Due to the rapid development and historical construction of the city,Shenzhen's sewage system has been affected by many external factors for a long time.Therefore,in the process of compiling the special plan of Shenzhen sewage system,the redundant planning thinking is introduced,and the external uncertain factors that Shenzhen sewage system may face are systematically considered.With the goal of comprehensively improving the redundant space of sewage system,the new planning idea of "source control,networking and redundant plant" is systematically explored and summarized,and the application of the new planning idea in the sewage system is also proposed to effectively deal with the possible external impact,and ensure the operation safety of the urban sewage system.
