严陵工业园综合污水处理厂工程设计

摘要:严陵工业园综合污水生化性较差、有机物难以降解、COD、含氮污染物浓度较高。根据园区水质特点和排放要求,该工业园污水处理厂通过预处理-水解酸化-改良型AAO-高效沉淀-臭氧接触氧化-曝气生物滤池组合工艺处理本园区综合污水,并采用超滤-反渗透工艺对处理后的部分废水继续净化再作为园区企业再生水进行回用。当工业园污水平均处理量为2 810m3/d时,经过处理后的水质符合排放要求,经过回用工艺处理的水质满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB50050-2007)规定的再生水水质标准及相应企业回用要求,平均单位经营成本为4.02元/m3。

Engineering design of comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in Yanling Industrial Park

Abstract: Yanling Industrial Park comprehensive wastewater had poor biochemical property,difficult degradation of organic matter and high concentration of COD and nitrogen pollutants.According to the water quality characteristics and discharge requirements of the park,comprehensive sewage in the park was treated by combined process of“pretreatment/hycrolytic acidification/modified AAO/high efficiency sedimentation/ozone contact oxidation/biological aerated filter”in the industrial park sewage treatment plant.And the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis process was used to purify the part of treated wastewater and reuse it as reclaimed water for enterprises in the park.When the average wastewater treatment capacity of the industrial park was 2 810 m3/d,the effluent quality of the project fully meets the discharge standard,and the water quality treated by the reuse process met the reclaimed Water quality standard specified in the code for design of industrial circulating cooling water treatment(GB 50050-2007)and the reuse requirements of corresponding enterprises.The average unit operating cost of this project was 4.02 yuan/m3.
