地下式污水处理厂MBR膜污染分析及应对策略

摘要:膜污染是MBR工艺应用中所面临的一个重要问题。膜污染是一个复杂的过程,与其有关的影响因子众多,并且各影响因素关系复杂。膜污染会降低膜的透过性能,跨膜压差升高的同时造成高能耗,随着膜污染水平增加,膜处理能力逐步降低。为了维持产水通量,需要通过“有效的清洗维护”使得通量有效恢复并得以保持,而膜通量的恢复效果受诸多因素影响。采用MBR工艺水厂的设计、调控条件不同,需对各影响因素及过程变量进行分析,确定影响膜通量的关键因素,并找到影响通量恢复效果的因素,从而对膜污染有一个更深入的认识,并在日常采取相关控制策略,达到膜通量有效恢复并延缓膜污染速度、从而延长膜的使用寿命的目标。

Abstract: Membrane fouling is an important problem in MBR process application.Membrane fouling is a complex process,and there are many influencing factors related to it,and the relationship between each influencing factor is complex.Membrane fouling will reduce the transmittance of the membrane,and the increase of transmembrane pressure difference will cause high energy consumption.With the increase of membrane fouling level,the membrane processing capacity will gradually decrease.In order to maintain the water flux,it is necessary to restore and maintain the flux effectively through effective cleaning and maintenance.However,the recovery effect of membrane flux is affected by many factors.Each MBR process plant design,different conditions,to analyze the influence factors and the process variables,determine the key factors affecting membrane flux,and find the factors that influence the effect of flux recovery to have a deeper understanding of membrane pollution,and to take relevant daily control strategy,to achieve effective recovery flux and membrane pollution,thus prolonging the service life of the membrane of the target.
