核电厂液态流出物厂外长距离管线排放方案研究

摘要:随着滨海适宜开发的核电厂址越来越少,一些合适的近海厂址也进入核电建设单位的视野,但这些厂址往往需要解决长距离的取排水管线问题。目前国内对于核电厂液态流出物厂外长距离管线排放方式还没有明确的法律法规要求。通过调研国外核电厂液态流出物排放的相关案例,并结合目前国内设计上的主要针对性方案,从环境影响及经济性角度分析了核电厂液态流出物厂外长距离管线排放的可行性,并提出了需要关注的问题。

Study on liquid effluents discharged by long-distance pipeline outside of nuclear power plant

Abstract: Because there are fewer coastal sites suitable for nuclear power plant development,some suitable offshore sites have also surveyed by the constructors of nuclear power plant.However,these sites often meet the issues with long-distance water intake and drainage pipelines.At present,there are no clear legal requirements or regulations in China for liquid effluents discharged by long-distance pipeline outside of nuclear power plant.This study investigates a relevant case of liquid effluents emission from nuclear power plants in America,and introduces two main domestic designs in solving this problem.The feasibility of long-distance pipeline emission of liquid effluents from outside of nuclear power plant was analyzed from the perspectives of environmental impact and economics.It also raises the issues that need attention.
