摘要:针对多高层混凝土结构仅下部框架柱局部混凝土强度明显低于设计要求,需要进行加固处理的情况,提出可利用局部分拆混凝土柱且用钢管混凝土柱支顶方法进行置换加固。对几种典型加固方案优缺点进行了分析对比,所提出的加固方法可避免上部质量合格的结构被连带拆除重建,同时具有降低加固成本、缩短工期以及对原结构影响较小等优势。结合某加固工程实例,详细介绍了此加固方法施工流程,即按顺序分部凿除缺陷混凝土,并用钢管混凝土柱内置在凿除处进行支顶;施工过程中内力分析计算结果证明了该加固方法可以满足上部轴力传递要求。最后采用ABAQUS软件对施工过程进行了模拟分析,结果表明,混凝土与钢管应力均小于其设计值,加固后结构是安全的。

Abstract: In view of the situation that the local concrete strength of the lower frame column of the multi-high-rise concrete structure is obviously lower than that of the design requirements and needs to be strengthened, it is put forward that the method of partial removal of the concrete column and the top structure supported by the concrete filled steel tube column can be used for replacement and reinforcement. The advantages and disadvantages of several typical reinforcement schemes were analyzed and compared, the proposed reinforcement method can avoid the continuous demolition and reconstruction of the superstructure with qualified quality, at the same time, it has the advantages of reducing the reinforcement cost, shortening the construction period, and having less impact on the original structure. Combined with an example of a reinforcement project, the construction process of the reinforcement method was introduced in detail, that is, defective concrete was chiseled in sequence, and the concrete filled steel tube column was built into the chiseling place to support the top structure. The internal force analysis and calculation of the construction process proves that the reinforcement method can meet the requirements of upper axial force transfer. Finally, ABAQUS software was used to simulate and analyze the construction process, and the results show that the stress of concrete and steel pipes are less than their design value, the structure is safe after reinforcement.
