摘要:以20世纪80年代建造的西安永宁门月城砌体结构去承重墙加固设计为背景,首先介绍了本工程现状,然后对其进行了全面的结构检测及安全鉴定,鉴定结果表明:该结构多处不满足抗震措施,需要进行加固。其次介绍了加固的限制条件与建筑功能需求,限制条件为加固过程不能拆除建筑外墙,改造完成后建筑外观须保持原状;建筑功能由两层办公楼改造成为单层展览空间。再次详细描述了采用内镶框架结构的加固方案和构件加固设计要点。最后对结构进行小震反应谱和大震弹塑性时程分析,计算结果表明,结构加固后满足规范要求。

Strengthening design of removing load-bearing wall of masonry structure for Xi'an Half Moon City

Abstract: Based on the strengthening design of removing load-bearing wall of masonry structure for Xi'an Half Moon City built in 1980 s, first the current status of the project were introduced, then a comprehensive structural detection and safety appraisal were carried out, the appraisal results show that the structure does not meet the aseismic measures in many places and need to be reinforced. Secondly, the restriction conditions and the functional requirements of the building were introduced, the restriction conditions were that the external wall of the building cannot be removed during the strengthening process, and the facade of the building must remain unchanged after the reconstruction, and the building function was transformed from two storeies office building into a single storey exhibition space. Thirdly, the strengthening scheme of the inlaid frame structure and the key points of strengthening design for the component were described in detail. Finally, the response spectrum of the structure under small earthquake and the elastoplastic time history of the structure under large earthquake were carried out, and the calculation results show that the structure meets the requirements of the code after strengthening.
