基于能效目标的某酒店空调系统节能改造

摘要:针对某酒店基于能源托管要求的节能改造,分析了改造前酒店空调系统运行情况,通过设置临时能效监测系统,得到了改造前制冷机房系统的能效比。结合投资回报要求,提出了制冷机房系统节能改造的目标能效值,并基于此能效目标进行了制冷机房系统的优化设计。通过制冷机房系统全年逐时能效比预测分析,利用预测结果指导系统调适运维。改造后制冷机房系统全年运行能效比达到5.8,节能率超50%,满足改造需求。

Energy-saving transformation of air conditioning system in a hotel based on energy efficiency target

Abstract: In view of the energy-saving transformation of a hotel based on the energy trusteeship requirements, the operation of the hotel air conditioning system before the transformation is analysed. By setting up a temporary energy efficiency monitoring system, the energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system before the transformation is obtained. Combined with the requirement of return on investment, the target energy efficiency value of energy-saving transformation of the refrigeration room system is proposed, and the optimization design for the refrigeration room system is carried out based on this energy efficiency target. Through the prediction and analysis on the annual hourly energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system, the prediction results are used to guide the system to commission, operate and maintain. After transformation, the annual operational energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration room system reaches 5.8, and the energy saving rate exceeds 50%, which meets the transformation requirements.
