商业综合体余热回收在水源多联机系统中的应用

摘要:结合工程实例,提出了一种适合商业综合体的冬季余热回收利用系统。该系统回收商业综合体内区稳定的余热通过板式换热器换热后作为办公区水源多联机空调系统的热源,而将办公区水源多联机供暖时排出的冷量换热后作为商场内区空调的冷源,缩短了冬季办公区真空热水机组及商业冷却塔的运行时间,不仅具有良好的经济效益,还具有很好的节能减排示范效应。

Abstract: Combined with an engineering example, a winter waste heat recovery and utilization system suitable for commercial complexes is proposed. The system recovers the stable waste heat in the inner area of the commercial complex through the plate heat exchanger as the heat source of the water-source multi-split air conditioning system of the office area, and the cooling capacity discharged during the water-source multi-split system heating in the office area is used as the cold source of the air conditioning in the inner area after heat transfer, which shortens the operating time of the vacuum hot water unit and commercial cooling tower in the office area in winter, which not only has good economic benefits, but also has a good demonstration effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
