大型监控中心大屏幕投影墙空调气流组织设计

摘要:基于“大屏幕投影墙空调回风冷却系统”的设计理念,利用CFD仿真对某大型监控中心高大空间进行气流组织分析,得到了一种能使大屏幕投影墙表面温度分布均匀且能将温差控制在2℃范围内的空调送、回风方案,不仅能满足大屏幕工作温度要求,防止大屏幕因温差变形而图像失真,而且能满足人员工作区舒适度要求。

Air distribution design for large-screen projection wall in large monitoring centers

Abstract: Based on the design concept of “large-screen projection wall air conditioning return air cooling system”, the CFD simulation is used to analyse the air distribution in a tall space of a large monitoring center, and an air conditioning supply and return air scheme that can make the surface temperature distribution of the large-screen projection wall uniform and control the temperature difference within the range of 2 ℃ is obtained, which not only meets the working temperature requirements of the large screen and prevents the image distortion of the large screen due to temperature difference deformation, but also meets the comfort requirements of personnel working area.
