疫情引发的思考

摘要：新冠肺炎疫情引发了我们的思考，城市规划、城市设计和公共卫生应急体系、管理、医疗设施设计多方面都有待提升，补短板是一套组合拳。此外，疫情并非常态，疫情造成的忙乱不应该扰乱我们的理性思考和对疫情后回归常态的判断，补短板是为面对无预警的下一次的从容。

Abstract: The outbreak of COVID-19 triggers our thinking. There are many aspects to be improved in urban planning, urban design, public health emergency system, management, and medical facility design. To make up the shortcomings is a systematic mission. In addition, the epidemic is not a normal situation, and the chaos caused by that should not influence our rational thinking and judgment of the normal situation after the epidemic. To make up the shortcomings is to take it in stride for the next crisis without warning.
