新冠肺炎疫情下的城市“抗疫设计”反思
摘要：2019年底～2020年初，湖北武汉爆发了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，引发我们重新反思当前“大流动社会”中的流行病防控问题。通过梳理此次“抗疫”过程，总结应急集中收治医院与方舱医院的建设，以及各地、各部门、各专业之间的高效协同与资源共享的重要经验。同时，从国家与地方“抗疫”体系建设、城市安全规划、医疗及公共建筑设施“抗疫”设计等诸多层面提出未来安全、健康城市的“抗疫设计”。

Reflections on Anti-epidemic Design in the Context of the COVID-19 Outbreak
Abstract: The COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei Province from late 2019 to early 2020 triggers the reflections on the issue of epidemic control in current society of “mega-migrations”. Through the anti-epidemic process, this paper summarizes the construction of new specified hospitals and modular hospitals, as well as the important experience of efficient coordination and resource sharing among all regions, departments and specialties. This paper also puts forward the "anti epidemic design" of future safe and healthy cities, from many aspects, such as national and local "anti-epidemic" system construction, urban safety planning, and medical & public building facilities' "anti-epidemic" design.
