安全与高效——雷神山医院的快速建造
摘要：作为“时间就是生命，功能大于一切”的应急传染病医院，在短短十多天时间里，如何使雷神山医院建设既确保建设时间、又保证环境安全与院感安全，从科学合理的场地选择、标准化模块化规划设计、工业化装配式建造方式及确保环境卫生安全的机电设计四个方面，阐述了雷神山医院项目的安全与高效建造。同时，从医疗机构规划设计角度对未来应对突发公共卫生事件提出了一些思考与建议。

Safety and Efficiency:Rapid Construction of Leishenshan Hospital
Abstract: As an emergency infectious disease hospital with "time is life and function is greater than everything", in a short period of more than ten days, how to make the construction of Leishenshan Hospital not only ensure the construction time, but also ensure the environmental safety and hospital sense safety? This paper discusses the "scientific and reasonable site selection, standardized modular planning and design, industrial assembly type construction mode and the mechanical and equipment to ensure the environmental health and safety" From four aspects of "design", this paper expounds how to give consideration to safety and efficiency and realize rapid construction of Leishenshan Hospital project. At the same time, from the perspective of planning and design of medical institutions, some thoughts and suggestions are put forward for better response to public health emergencies in the future.
