生活垃圾焚烧处理厂垃圾仓负压控制系统设计方法研究
摘要:结合相关规范及文献的研究结果,对生活垃圾焚烧处理厂垃圾仓的负压控制设定及负压通风计算方法进行了深入探讨,结合不同规模实际工程案例进行了验证计算,对计算数据进行了深入分析,提出了采用断面风速+缝隙法校核计算垃圾仓负压控制风量的理念和方法。在案例数据分析的基础上,总结了垃圾仓负压控制在设计、施工、运行管理阶段的关键要素。

Design method of landfill pond negative pressure control systems in domestic waste incineration plants
Abstract: Combined with the research of relevant specifications and literature, this paper discusses the negative pressure control setting and negative pressure ventilation calculation method of landfill ponds in domestic waste incineration plants. Based on practical engineering cases of different scales, the verification calculation is performed, the calculation data is deeply analysed, and the concept and method of comprehensively calculating the negative pressure air volume of landfill ponds by using cross section air velocity method and gap method are proposed. On the basis of case data analysis, the key elements of negative pressure control of landfill ponds in the design, construction and operation management stages are presented.
