太原万科广场电气设计案例分享

摘要：综合商业项目通常包含办公、吃、喝、玩、乐、住等功能，具有流线复杂、遵循规范多、电气系统多、商业功能多且不确定等特点。大部分商业需要后期招商才能确定其具体功能，容量的预估准确性会大打折扣，给制定电气方案和变电所容量的预留带来很大的难度。本文结合太原万科广场的电气设计案例，给出综合商业的某些设计思路和注意事项。

Abstract: Comprehensive commercial projects, usually including office, eating, drinking, playing, entertainment, accommodation and other functions, have the characteristics of complex streamline, more norms to follow, more electrical systems, and more and uncertain business functions. Most businesses need investment attraction in the later stage to determine their specific functions, and the accuracy of capacity estimation will be greatly reduced, which brings great difficulty to the development of electrical schemes and the reservation of substation capacity. Based on the electrical design case of Taiyuan Vanke Square, this paper gives some design ideas and matters needing attention for integrated business.
