智慧城市视角下智慧机电一体化的思考

摘要:数字化、信息化技术的浪潮推动了智慧城市、智慧建筑、智慧机电的相关研究。本文重点关注智慧城市视角下,智慧机电一体化的工作思考,在智慧思维的引领下,结合智慧城市应用场景,总结梳理需求导向、问题导向、结果导向、目标导向的四维工作思考,并结合工程实践,提出以三维数字模型技术为支撑的全过程设计一体化、以智慧建造为目标的设计建造一体化、以智慧运维平台为终端的设计运维一体化的技术策略。

Thinking of Smart MEP form the Perspective of Smart City

Abstract: The wave of digitization and information technology promotes the related research of smart city, smart building and smart electromechanical.This paper focuses on the thinking of intelligent mechatronics from the perspective of smart city.Under the guidance of intelligent thinking and combined with the application scenarios of smart city, the four-dimensional work path of demand-oriented, roblem-oriented, result-oriented and goal-oriented is summarized.Combined with the engineering practice, the technical strategy of design integration supported by 3 D digital model technology, design implementation integration aimed at intelligent construction, and design operation and maintenance integration with intelligent operation and maintenance platform as the terminal is proposed.
