大型民用建筑柴油发电机房一体化设计探讨

摘要:针对某大型实验室集群项目,探讨分析智慧机电一体化的设计内容,重点分析水冷式柴油发电机组设计及与空调冷却塔联用技术;分析了发电机房及配套通风竖井的建筑设计要求,与建筑、结构、设备、电气等各专业的设计协调,涉及噪声、排风、排烟等环保问题;分析比较了风冷式和水冷式发电机组的技术特点和工程实施难点;分析了水冷式发电机组的应用条件,采用建筑一体化技术统筹考虑各专业条件,分析了采用空调部分冷负荷冷却塔和柴油发电机冷却塔联用的适用条件;分析了集装箱式柴油发电机组的特点,有利于节省面积、节省投资、降低设备维护保养费用

Discussion on Integrated Design of Diesel Generator Room in Large Civil Buildings

Abstract: Aiming at a large-scale laboratory cluster project, this paper discusses and analyzes the design content of intelligent mechatronics, focusing on the design of water-cooled diesel generator set and the technology of combining with air-conditioning cooling tower; analyzes the architectural design requirements of generator room and supporting ventilation shaft, and coordinates with the design of architecture, structure, equipment, electrical and other specialties, involving environmental protection problems such as noise, exhaust, smoke and so on. This paper analyzes and compares the technical characteristics and engineering implementation difficulties of air-cooled and water-cooled generator sets, analyzes the application conditions of water-cooled generator sets, adopts the building integration technology, considers the professional conditions, analyzes the applicable conditions of the combination of air-conditioning partial cooling load cooling tower and diesel generator cooling tower, and analyzes the characteristics of containerized diesel generator sets, which is beneficial to the construction. It can save area, investment and equipment maintenance cost.
