超高层项目机电一体化技术管理剖析——武汉绿地中心项目案例

摘要：剖析探讨机电设计技术一体化管理在整个房地产开发过程中的关键作用、体现价值以及未来发展方向。采用SMART原则方法，就房地产板块中机电一体化管理涉及的范围管理、目标管理、组织管理、招标管理、投资管理、进度质量管理、信息管理、风险管理、项目收尾管理等多个维度，进行现状研究及探讨，形成房地产开发建设中机电一体化设计管理体系。为项目整体策划提供全过程健全支撑体系，借鉴实际开发项目案例，为项目管理更加靠近国际工程管理提供探索依据。

Abstract: This paper analyzes and discusses the key role, value and future development direction of electromechanical design technology integration management in the whole process of real estate development in the real estate development system engineering. Using the method of smart principle, this paper studies and discusses the current situation of Mechatronics management in the real estate sector from the following aspects: scope management, target management, organization management, bidding management, investment management, schedule quality management, information management, risk management, project closing management, etc, Form the mechatronics design management system in real estate development and construction. It provides a sound support system for the whole process of the overall project planning, draws lessons from the actual development project cases, and provides the exploration basis for the project management closer to the international engineering management.
