民用建设项目机电安装工程一体化造价探讨
摘要：随着民用建设项目规模和数量的不断加大，机电安装工程造价成为工程建设投资的重要组成部分，如何做好机电安装工程一体化造价编制和分析至关重要。本文结合民用建设项目机电安装工程内容构成，分析了机电安装工程造价的特点。并选取了四类民用建设项目得出机电安装造价不同指标，找出影响造价指标的关键因素，为编制前期投资估算和初步设计概算提供经济指标参考。

Discussion on Integration Cost of MEP Installation Engineering in Civil Project
Abstract: With the increasing scale and quantity of civil projects, the cost of civil project mechanical and electrical installation engineering has become an important part of engineering construction investment. How to prepare and analyze the cost of mechanical and electrical installation is very important. In this paper, combined with the civil project mechanical and electrical installation content, analyzes the characteristics of mechanical and electrical installation engineering cost. And four types of civil projects are selected to get different indicators of mechanical and electrical installation cost, find out the key factors affecting the cost indicators, and provide economic index reference for conceptual investment estimates and preliminary design cost.
