智慧建筑机电一体化及管道综合设计探讨——苏州中心项目案例

摘要:本项目设计过程运用机电一体化的设计方法,方案阶段电气专业充分与水暖专业配合,合理配置供电方案及火灾自动报警系统组织框架,并与建筑的定位及项目建成后运维进行一体化考虑;管道综合一体化中,充分了解建筑空间环境,最大限度节省占用空间,为项目成功运行打下坚实的基础。

Abstract: The design process uses the design method of electromechanical integration. In the design stage of the scheme, the electrical major fully cooperats with water supply and HVAC majors, It reasonably configures the power supply scheme and the organizational framework of the fire automatic alarm system, and considers the designing of the architecture and the operation and maintenance of the project. In the integration of pipelines, it fully understands and saves the architectural space, building a solid foundation for the successful operation of the project.
