青岛地铁过海隧道压力排水系统设计研究

摘要:从设计实践出发,总结分析了青岛地铁8号线过海隧道提高系统运行安全、节能、智能的方案和措施:排水量的分阶段监测确定、水泵型式选择单级潜污泵、变频控制等措施减小水锤、增加排水备用管道和备用排水出路提高运行安全可靠性。设置分区截流辅助兼转输泵站、采用超级双相不锈钢材质本质防腐及水泵变频调节在各工况均处于高效区运行提高节能性。水泵、阀门、闸门等设备自动连锁控制、远程便捷操作控制和设备故障报警、液位报警,现场实时画面监控等措施提高运维智能性。

Design practice of safety,energy saving and intelligence in pressure drainage system of Qingdao metro cross sea tunnel

Abstract: Based on the design practice,this paper summarizes and analyzes the schemes and measures to improve the safety,energy saving and intelligence of the system,including stage monitoring and determination of water discharge,selection of single stage submersible sewage pump,frequency control and other measures to reduce water hammer,increasing spare drainage pipeline and standby drainage outlet to improve operation safety and reliability,auxiliary and transfer pumping station for district closure,using super duplex stainless steel essential anti-corrosion pump,and the frequency conversion regulation of pump operates in high efficiency area under all working conditions to improve energy saving;automatic interlock control of pump,valve,gate and other equipment,remote convenient operation and equipment fault alarm,liquid level alarm,on-site real-time screen monitoring and other measures to improve the operation and maintenance intelligence.
